​This platform will allow you to order your satellite symposium and/or exhibition package for IAS 2023, the 12th IAS Conference on HIV Science, to be held in Brisbane, Australia, and virtually from 23 to 26 July 2023. ​

​Make sure to apply early and to keep in mind the following deadlines: ​

​15.02.2023 - Early fee deadline (in order to secure the early fee, full payment or proof of payment is required) ​

16.02.2023 - Standard fee applies  ​

30.03.2023 - Satellite and exhibition bookings close ​

*Standard fee payment deadline: within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice ​
